The Digital Marketing Manager is a key role on the marketing team and will report to the VP of Demand Generation. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital marketing activities, both the strategy and execution. This position will help develop the strategy as well as be hands on and execute the campaigns in all the right channels and then optimize campaigns for optimal success. The Digital Marketing Manager’s ultimate responsibility is to bring in revenue for Unioncrate.


  • Run innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that build brand & product awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Plan and execute cost-effective digital marketing programs across multiple channels including SEM/PPC, Paid Social, Display Advertising, and PPL to reach weekly lead targets by sales segments and industries
  • Drive continuous measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns to improve ROAS. Measure and report on campaign results by channels to distill learnings and insights that can be shared with stakeholders across broader teams
  • Effectively communicate channel performance and test learnings to the broader marketing team, to cross-functional partners, and to leadership
  • Oversee conversion testing and optimization on Unioncrate’s website, landing pages, marketing assets, with a focus on improving path to conversion 
  • Analyze findings & translate into recommendations for new actionable campaigns, reporting to senior stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Manage and track predetermined budgets across all various channels
  • Own the SEO strategy for Unioncrate. Continuously improving our SEO/SERP rankings. Advising on keywords for content creation 


Experience Needed:


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related degree
  • Experience with B2B marketing, SaaS experience is a plus
  • SEO experience
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in digital marketing ad platforms (e.g. Google/Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills to drive business priorities 
  • Creative thinking capabilities that include an interest to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
  • Possess a working knowledge of Google Analytics and demand generation tools (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills
  • A strong quantitative thinker with the ability to build and interpret models
